Description:
The two mile outing goes from the parking lot to a beach. The beach is at a pond that swimming is allowed in. Bring a lunch and enjoy the day! 

Distance:
Approx. 2 miles

Age:
5 and up

Dog Friendly:
Dogs are allowed. 

BONUS HKE:
After the hike join our guest leader Scott Newbold on a second hike where he will lead you on an outing to catch a rare glimpe of black bear in the area.

DIRECTIONS

GPSFarmer Way, Westford, MA - Park near the track
* In theparking lot.. look for the black guy in a red bandana

From Route 3
Get off at exit 33 / route 40. Head west about 3 1/2 miles. There's lights for a school zone, and a road on the left. Take a left at this road, which is Farmers Way. Go to the very end of the road and there's a school, keep the school on your left and park near the running track. 
* In theparking lot.. look for the black guy in a red bandana

From Route 495
Go to exit 31, head towards Groton on 119. In Groton center, you head east on route 40. About four miles later you cross into Westford, then about a mile and a half there is the school signs and Farmers Way on the right. Take a right onto Farmers Way. Go to the very end of the road and there's a school, keep the school on your left and park near the running track.
